If you have found a typo, have a question for me, or have a general comment, I would love to hear from you. Also, if you’d like to suggest a topic to be added to a second edition (should there ever be one), or if you’d like to see a term added to the index, do let me know!

But please do not send me any copyrighted material! Only send me material that is free and that you feel comfortable being made public.

When reporting a typo, please include
  1. the book edition number,
  2. the page number, and
  3. the section.
When requesting that a term be added to the index, please include
  1. the book edition number,
  2. the term, and
  3. the page that should appear in the index.
To suggest a key reference, please include the
  1. chapter and
  2. section
to which it is relevant.

To suggest an exercise, please be sure to include the chapter to which it is relevant. You may find it convenient to attach a PDF.
